  • Mat class with Triad balls is more challenging, as the ball mimics the Pilate‚Äôs reformer and chair work. A fun and energetic class!
  • Mat class with magic circle is a great class for all levels. The use of the circle helps increase movement awareness and adds a strength component.
  • TRX is a suspension training system created by the navy SEALs. TRX builds true functional strength, improves flexibility, balance, and core stability at once.
  •  Cardio Barre is a fun, high energy ballet barre exercise that can burn up to 500 calories an hour.
  • Cardio Barre Flex and Flow is a barre class that adds a longer, stronger Pilates based strength section to the barre work.
  •  Pilates at Barre is a great combination of classical mat Pilates followed with classical ballet exercise done at the barre.
  • Pilates Circuit is a high energy circuit class that uses many of the Pilates machines to work all the major muscle groups while increasing aerobic capacity.
  • Yamuna Ball Rolling is a form of massage that releases tight, restricted, bunched up muscle. Classes scheduled by appointment  in groups of 4 or more $20.00 per person. Private sessions $55.00 first visit.
